After you submit the order form, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are shown in approximate USD; your card is charged in USD at checkout.
Use the [order status](/order/status) page with your reference code (WW-XXXXXXXX) and the email address used at checkout. You will also receive tracking details by email when the order ships.
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to our [returns policy](/legal/returns). Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method.
International delivery typically takes 5–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and carrier. Estimated times are shown at checkout.
