3. Product, price, and currency
Product type, quantity, unit price, discounts, shipping fee, and total payable amount are shown clearly before you confirm your order. List prices may be shown in approximate USD for convenience; your card is charged in USD (or the currency displayed at Stripe Checkout).
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges in your country are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Payment — Stripe
Online card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.
- Payment completes on Stripe's secure hosted payment page; we do not store card details.
- Your bank may require 3D Secure or Strong Customer Authentication.
- Payment provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.
5. Delivery
Goods are shipped internationally via our logistics partners (including dropship fulfilment from supplier warehouses). Estimated delivery times depend on destination and are shown at or before checkout — typically 5–21 business days after dispatch unless otherwise stated.
You will receive tracking information by email when available.
6. Right to cancel (14 days)
Under UK consumer law, you generally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel without giving a reason. Send your cancellation notice in writing (email or via our Contact page).
Certain products may be exempt (e.g. sealed hygiene goods once opened, custom-made items). Any applicable exception is stated on the product page where relevant.
7. Returns and refunds
When you cancel, goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within the statutory period (generally 14 days after we receive the returned goods). Bank processing times may apply.
See our Returns & cancellation policy for full details.
8. Faulty goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund).
9. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed under our Privacy notice. Cookies are described in our Cookie policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
