Yes. We ship to many countries outside Turkey. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are shown on the product page before you pay. Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partner once payment is confirmed. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout
Choose a product marked for worldwide shipping, fill in your delivery details, and proceed to Stripe Checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are shown in approximate USD; your card is charged in USD. We never store your card details — payment is handled entirely on Stripe’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant page.
After dispatch, international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your country and carrier. This estimate is shown at checkout. Processing time after payment is separate and usually a few business days before your order leaves the warehouse.
Use our Track order page with your reference code (WW-XXXXXXXX) and the email address you used at checkout. You’ll also receive updates by email when your order ships, including tracking information where available.
Possibly. International parcels may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or import fees in your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility. Your local customs authority or carrier will contact you if fees apply.
Before shipment: You can cancel unpaid orders by simply not completing payment. For paid orders that have not yet shipped, use our Returns page — eligible cancellations are refunded automatically via Stripe. After delivery: You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery for eligible items in unused, resalable condition. Full details are in our Returns & cancellation policy.
International online sales are operated by HANDSHAKE TRADING LTD, a UK-registered company. You are buying from a registered distance seller under UK consumer protection law. Merchant details, legal documents, and contact information are available on our Legal documents page and at checkout.
Yes. All international card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details never pass through or are stored on our servers. Your bank may ask you to complete 3D Secure verification — this is normal and helps protect your purchase.
