Returns & Cancellation

Before completing payment on Stripe Checkout, you may close the page — no order is created until payment succeeds.

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel without giving a reason. Send written notice via email or our Contact page.

Return goods unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition with accessories where applicable. Return instructions are sent by email after your cancellation notice.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Stripe within the statutory period (generally 14 days). International return shipping costs may differ from domestic returns; details are provided when you initiate a return.

If goods are faulty or incomplete, contact us via Contact. Your statutory remedies apply.
