The UK-registered seller (see Legal documents) is the data controller for international orders.

- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, shipping address.
- Order data: reference code, products, payment status, delivery preferences.
- Payment: transaction reference and status via Stripe; we do not store card numbers or CVV.
- Technical: IP address, browser/device data, security logs.

- Payment collection via Stripe
- Customer support and fraud prevention
- Legal and accounting obligations
- Analytics/marketing only with your cookie consent

Data may be shared with:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — payment processing
- Shipping and dropship partners — delivery
- Email and cloud providers — infrastructure
- Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — only with consent
- Authorities — where legally required

6. Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and legal retention periods.

HTTPS encryption, access controls, Stripe-hosted payments, and regular security updates.
