Before you confirm an international order, please read this mandatory pre-contract information under UK consumer regulations.

1. Product characteristics
The name, description, images, and stock status of the product you order are shown on the product page. Quantity and price appear on the order summary.
2. Total price and payment
Product price, any discount, shipping fee, and total amount are listed before order confirmation. Prices at checkout are charged in USD via Stripe Checkout.
- Card details are processed on Stripe's secure page; we never store them.
- 3D Secure / SCA may apply according to your bank.
- Payment provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.
3. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address you provide internationally. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Customs and import charges may apply in your country.
4. Right to cancel
You have 14 days from receiving the product to cancel without giving a reason. Notify us in writing within this period.
5. Returns and refunds
After cancellation, return the product in resalable condition. Refunds are made via the original payment method through Stripe. See Returns & cancellation.
6. Personal data
Data needed to process your order and payment may be shared with Stripe and shipping carriers. See our Privacy notice.
7. Confirmation
By confirming your order, you declare that you have read and accept this pre-contract information, our Terms of sale, and Returns policy.
